The AMS Hammer Head Cross Handle has a solid built-in drive anvil which allows you to pound your soil sampling device into the ground with an impact-absorbing hammer. The cross handle bar is solid steel and the entire handle has been silver zinc plated for added rust resistance. The cross bar includes rubber grips for operator comfort. AMS Slide Hammers are also used to pound AMS probes and core samplers into soils and sediments.
